sure it's the best one possible. Starting with a simpl e
astrocartography
linemap in the 1980s, Julian has studied the laws of "place"
intensively,
and discovered hidden and fundamental principles of locational
astrology.
His techniques, generally unknown, have proven effective for himself

The Locational Research Briefing service ($195) includes:
